Welcome to #WimpyVegan. I'm Coach Shay, first and foremost I want to thank you for joining me today. Today I'm going to give you a quick rundown of this blog. I will be giving you 4-5 post per month on living your Wimpiest Life. Topics range from running, workout commentary, and tips that help me along my journey of the Wimp. Also this blog is not for me it is for YOU. If you have a suggestion for a blog entry you can always contact me as others my want that same topic discussed.
The first topic and main reason I am here before you today is Running. When I say I love running, I truly mean I love everything. Even the days I complain or feel lazy, guess what, I still will go run and probably more than I planned. So what other way to start off this blog than with talking about running addiction.
I know what you're thinking and it is not a bad thing. Me and my guest author will each be discussing "5 Signs You are Addicted to Running." My bad I forget to mention I will be having Tiara Smith joining us for Part 1 and potentially more guest post.
